The challenge

The PM team was using an Excel spreadsheet to track system-related activities. This manual process required significant time to monitor approvals, send follow-ups, and keep data synchronized with their internal system (Spark/ServiceNow). Lack of automation led to inefficiencies and delayed task tracking.

Our approach

We replaced the manual tracker with a fully customized interactive calendar tailored to the PM team's needs. The system uses AI-powered semantic matching to link tasks with their corresponding records in Spark, automates notifications and approval reminders, and allows the PM team to create, modify or delete tasks directly through a chatbot interface.
