Biography
After a few years in consulting companies, she has gained over 10 years of experience in the Recruiting and Talent Management area, being part of the activation team of two recruiting and head hunting digital start-ups that have allowed her to drive the recruiting and sales strategy building and coordinating the entire team of head hunters in the staff. Particularly interested in innovation in the talent management area, she has always combined this pioneering drive with her ability as a coach and responsible for the training of all new hires.
